As I approach month 8 – I’m getting more and more freaked out about having a boy. The energy, the mess, the noise! I’m not sure I can handle it. I kind of love my calm, cool and collected girl.
We paint nails together, watch movies, go shopping and sometimes just chill out on the floor with a puzzle. It’s been pretty amazing. Sure, she bosses me around, tells me when my dresses are pretty (and ugly) and rips out my hair as she tries to “braid” it. But, a boy …. a boy?! I need some tips.

I wish I could give you tips but I’m clueless – not only do I only have a girl but I grew up without any brothers too!
ha, thanks for offering! I grew up with younger brothers and I remember them being very loud. Fabulous.
Tips – protective eyewear for flying Nerf darts.
Make sure the “boys” have their own bathroom on the far end of the house.
Dinosaurs, cars, and tupperware….hours of entertainment.
They like to chill out and do puzzles and watch movies too… Good luck!
This is amazing!!! I forgot about all the boy toys they have. Nerf darts. So funny.
I love that wall decal! And seriously, what are we going to do?? Thankfully I think the girls will be willing and able to smack them into shape
I have no clue!! I’m hoping the hospital gives me a manual this time.
well i wish that i has some kinda of advice but i have 2 girls.. i wouldnt know what to do with a boy.. lol althought sometime in the future i want to try for one.. hubby needs a little convincing thought.
I would love more girls.
Let me just assure you that your little boy will melt your heart just as much as your little girl. There is something chivalrous about the way boys love their moms. It’s priceless.
Dianna, this comment melts my heart! I can’t wait.
