Earlier this summer, we went to the cabin. I am just now looking through all of the videos I took. I stopped and smiled listening to Kelsey tell me all about mosquito bites she got “a long time ago.” I think her bed head just makes the video that much more perfect.
You may remember my recent trip to Miami – as seen here – at the Inner Circle Experience event. It was truly a remarkable conference filled with great luxury brands and speakers. I was honored to be able to attend on behalf of Starwood and the connections I made are invaluable. Enjoy this great video, produced by I Do Films.
Two years ago, today, Kelsey showed her patriotism by reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. She was 2 years old. I dug this video out of the archives for my mother-in-law who wanted to see it again. Looking back, she looks like a little doll. Her round face, those curls! Proof that they grow up so fast. Happy Fourth of July to you and yours. Let freedom ring!

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours! I’m thankful for all the good that God has put into this world. This video makes me smile and makes me remember that there is a lot of good to be had.
Have a wonderful holiday. Eat lots of pie.
She’s the COO at Facebook and a pretty inspiring speaker. I was watching her speak on TED and was pretty fascinated with what she had to say. For all of you ladies in the work force, I thought you might like this too. It’s 15 minutes and worth the watch.
There we are, walking around Pike Place Market when we hear this cool sound coming from the original Starbucks store. We stop. We listen. I take out my camera and try to get some video. I loved these guys! And, in true ‘where-is-my-brain’ fashion, I forget to write down the name of the band (shame on me). Whoever they are, they put on a fun show.
Here is my 36 second clip, as captured from behind a giant pole. Great view, eh? My husband says you “can’t hear the bass in this video which affects the melody”. Not sure what all that music-talk means, but I like it.This one is better. Do you notice my husband about 30 seconds in looking oh-so uncomfortable in the crowd?
Kelsey has a holiday message for you all: Here she is saying the Pledge of Allegiance in honor of our Independence Day. You may need to turn up your volume (I couldn’t get too close for fear of getting wacked in the head by her flag).
