I think Ryan has waited his entire life for this: teaching his daughter how to ride her first bike. It sounds silly, but pushing her up and down the street, running next to her and saying, “eyes in front of you, that’s it. you’re getting it. great job!” is something he’s always wanted to do. It’s a dad thing.
Her first bike comes complete with a ‘purse’ in the front (for all of her jewels), streamers and training wheels. We took it for a spin Christmas morning and every weekend since. If we’ve learned one thing it’s that fashion boots and bike pedals don’t mix.
