My mom always loved sneaking a few potato chips into our sandwiches. The extra crunch made for such a delicious addition to an ordinary meal. This recipe, or idea rather, reminds me of my mom. Of being little. And of that sweet taste of chips sandwiched in between a warm ham and grilled cheese sandwich.
