The Housewife Hat: Mommy’s Little Observer

Since daddy is out of commission for the next 2-4 weeks (hopefully sooner), baby has been such a big help around the house. She unfolds all of the laundry, she takes the Tupperware out of the cabinets and throws them on the dirty kitchen floor and she tries to unload the dishwasher. What a big help. She also helps me push all of the buttons on the washing machine. She loves to press “play” and watch the items spin and spin and spin. If only she could take them out of the washer, put them into the drier, fold and then walk upstairs and put them away. Until that day, she’s perfectly content on being mommy’s little helper observer..

  1. you have to teach her how to move the laundry from the washer to the dryer – it’s one of B’s favorite activities! Also swiffering and handing me the silverware from the dishwasher (sans knives of course). If I could only find a mini vacuum she could use, I’d be in business!

  2. Thats totally Zac! There are meant to be together….Zac does hand me the stuff out of the washer so I can put in the dryer(they are stacked) now though and it is kinda helpful:) Uggh Imagine two!
